Day 01 :

Arrive in Kathmandu (1,400 m)

Meet at hotel, trek briefing, and permit preparation.
Overnight in Kathmandu.

Day 02 :

Drive from Kathmandu to Syabrubesi (1,460 m) – 7/8 hrs

Scenic drive through Trishuli and Dhunche along the Langtang region.
Overnight at Syabrubesi.

Day 03 :

Trek from Syabrubesi to Gatlang (2,240 m)

Begin trek with a gradual climb through Tamang villages.
Overnight at Gatlang.

Day 04 :

Trek from Gatlang to Somdang (3,250 m)

Pass through Parbati Kunda Lake and dense rhododendron forest.
Overnight at Somdang village near an old mine site.

Day 05 :

Trek from Somdang to Pangsang Pass (3,850 m) – Tipling (2,100 m)

Cross the scenic Pangsang Pass with views of Langtang, Ganesh Himal, and Manaslu.
Descend to Tipling village for overnight stay.

Day 06 :

Trek from Tipling to Chalish Gaon (1,800 m)

Explore Tamang and Gurung culture, monasteries, and terraced farmlands.
Overnight at Chalish.

Day 07 :

Excursion to Tatopani (Hot Spring) and back to Chalish

Short hike to Tatopani (natural hot spring) and return.
Enjoy local hospitality.

Day 08 :

Trek from Chalish to Neber Gaon (2,000 m)

Walk through villages and hills with stunning Ganesh Himal views.

Day 09 :

Trek from Neber Gaon to Jharlang (1,600 m)

Continue through mixed forest and Gurung settlements.
Overnight at Jharlang.

Day 10 :

Trek from Jharlang to Darkha (1,250 m)

Descend through farmlands and small villages.

Day 11 :

Trek from Darkha to Arughat (570 m)

Final day of walking; arrive at Arughat Bazaar, a major town on the Manaslu trail.

Day 12 :

Drive from Arughat to Kathmandu (6–7 hrs)

Scenic drive along the Trishuli River.
Overnight in Kathmandu.

Day 13 :

Free day / Departure from Kathmandu
