Day 01 :

Arrival in Kathmandu (1,350m)

Day 02 :

Drive Kathmandu → Arughat → Soti Khola (710m, 8–9 hrs)

Day 03 :

Trek Soti Khola → Machha Khola (900m, 6–7 hrs)

Day 04 :

Machha Khola → Jagat (1,410m, 6–7 hrs)

Day 05 :

Jagat → Lokpa (2,040m, 6 hrs)

Day 06 :

Lokpa → Chumling (2,386m, 5–6 hrs)

Day 07 :

Chumling → Chhokang Paro (3,031m, 6 hrs)

Day 08 :

Chhokang Paro → Nile (3,361m, 5–6 hrs)

Day 09 :

Day trip to Mu Gompa (3,700m) → back to Nile

Day 10 :

Nile → Chumling (return trek, 6–7 hrs)

Day 11 :

Chumling → Deng (1,860m, 6–7 hrs)

Day 12 :

Deng → Namrung (2,630m, 6 hrs)

Day 13 :

Namrung → Lho (3,180m, 4–5 hrs)

Day 14 :

Lho → Samagaon (3,530m, 5 hrs)

Samdo → Dharamsala / Larkya Phedi (4,470m, 4 hrs)
